🌸 Individual therapy

Individual therapy provides a confidential, one-on-one space for girls and women to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Using a holistic, trauma-informed approach, sessions are tailored to support each client’s unique needs and goals. Treatment may incorporate evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), along with mindfulness and emotional regulation techniques.

🌸 Group Therapy

Group therapy provides a supportive environment where girls and women can connect, share experiences, and build meaningful social connections. Facilitated by a licensed therapist, sessions are structured to promote emotional growth, skill-building, and resilience. Evidence-based approaches, including CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed practices, are integrated alongside mindfulness and relaxation techniques. Groups focus on enhancing self-esteem, improving emotional regulation, and fostering a sense of community in a safe, collaborative setting.
